the purpose of your email
the date and time of the event
what the three of you will have to do during the event
which submission option your group will choose and why
how your group’s participation will help the school library
Writing Guidelines for Students:
Tone: Since you are writing to a classmate, use an informal, friendly tone.
Format: Remember to include the recipient’s email address, a clear subject line, and a proper sign-off (e.g., Best regards, Amy).
Language: Write in complete sentences and ensure your grammar and spelling are correct.
